Who We Are

Crestwood Christian Church is a church with a rich history and a bright future. We have been serving our community for more than fifty years and we are looking forward to the next fifty. We are a community of genuine believers who are not perfect but are always striving to live with purpose by following the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Our strongest desire is that the heart of God and his love for people would be seen by our compassion and commitment to our community and our world. We are simply ordinary people who serve an extraordinary God. We are a church that sees the Bible as God’s timeless and relevant word that provides insight for how we do church and life.

Crestwood Christian Church is a place where interesting real life teaching happens on a regular basis. Our goal is not to fill people up with unnecessary or irrelevant lessons. We do our best to talk frequently about things we all deal with every day. Crestwood is a place where people become family. It is a place of acceptance and hope.

What Is Our Mission

Our Mission is simply: to Connect People to Jesus and to Each other.

We are committed...

What We Believe

1. There is one true God who exists with three parts , He is God the Father, Jesus Christ His son and the Holy Spirit.
2. The Bible is inspired by God and our final authority for our faith and practice.
3. Jesus Christ is God’s only Son, he is the only person who ever lived a perfect life and he is the only way to salvation.
4. The Church is the family of God’s people. It is created by Him and Belongs to Him.
5. Each person was made in the image of God and has worth in his sight.
6. Every single person has sinned and missed God’s mark for their life.
7. Those who accept Jesus Christ as their savior should repent of their sins, confess Christ publicly, and be baptized (Immersed) into him for the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
8. Jesus Christ will one day return to earth to take his followers to heaven.
9. Communion should be served every week to commemorate Christ’s death burial and resurrection.
10. We believe that we are supposed to show compassion to everyone and tell others about the freedom that comes with following Jesus Christ.

Our Core Values

1. People matter to God and therefore they matter to us.
2. Authenticity frees people and glorifies God.
3. The Church should be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure.
4. Full devotion to Christ is normal for every believer.
5. Life Change happens best in community.
6. Worship is a lifestyle.
7. Prayer is the lifeline of the Church.
8. Ministry happens best in teams.
